Culminating presentation

I made this album because the band is a weird punk rock band. The adjectives of this band are weird, funny, loud, bold and exciting.

I made the stick figures in the front because the band is weird. I made the typography like it is because the stencil font shows how the band is bold and exiting.
I used adobe illustrator because I was doing more drawings than images so illustrator will do better than photoshop in the things that I was doing. I started by making a yellow background. I then made the titles on the front and back. Then I did the stick figures. Then I did the song titles and lined them up against the head of the stick figure. 
I achieved what I was hoping for, I wanted it to loom exactly like this. I like it because it looks like a realistic punk album. I wish that the stick figure on the back's arms were higher up and it didn't look like a flower. But overall I am happy with how it turned out.

digital surrealisum assignment

    I made this to show how bullying can make you feel small and make you feel like they can do what they want and you can't do anything about it. I had made Matthew and Jamie look like they were bullying Gonzo. I made Gonzo look small and that he couldn't do anything.
    I started by taking by taking pictures of each person individually with them making it look they were doing what they are going in the picture. Then I took a picture of the background, I chose that spot because it is an art room because Matthew is holding a container of paint and that might be where he got the paint. Then I put into photoshop and made Gonzo smaller and put all of the other pictures together using masks.
   I learned that it is difficult to resize people when the picture wasn't taken with the person standing in the same spot. I am satisfied with how it turned out, I would like to retake the pictures and make the bullies stand in the same spot so that it is perfect on sizing because I think Jamie is alot taller in the picture.

Movie poster (down)

This is a movie poster that I made in photoshop. I got all of the pictures online. I just flipped the ballon and made a mask. In the background I got a blue background that faded to a lighter shade of blue, so I shrunk the background to fit. The title and release date are the same font. The credits I got by using a font.

logo assignment

  My company is a bike brand that sells complete bikes and bike parts. The brand can be explained by being a weird and athletic brand. 

  I close to trace a bike because I love bikes and the company is a bike brand. Doing this project I got better at using Adobe illustrator and learned how to trace pictures and use type to make a logo. 

   

shutter speed and apature

This picture is caused by a shallow depth of field. You can change the depth of field by having a aperture that is large.
